Our Story

Reach Chiropractic started the way the best things do - with family.

We're two sisters who grew up watching chiropractic care change lives firsthand. When our mom was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia, she was told to prepare for a lifetime of managing pain. Instead, she found neurologically-based chiropractic care... and she healed. Not managed, but truly healed.

That experience became the foundation of everything we do.

We opened Reach Chiropractic in Marietta nearly 10 years ago with a simple mission: help families in Cobb County reconnect their brain and body so they can actually thrive - not just get by.

Why We Serve Moms First

When Dr. Juliana had her first baby, she struggled with postpartum depression. She felt alone in it, unsupported, like she was supposed to just "bounce back." As she healed, she kept meeting other moms going through the same thing, carrying everything for their families while running on empty themselves.

That's when our focus became clear. We serve babies, kids, pregnant and postpartum mamas, personal injury patients, and dads... but moms are at the heart of what we do. Because when mom is well, the whole family rises.

Our Team

Dr. Lorena, our Clinical Director and lead adjuster, brings deep expertise and heart to every patient she touches. Dr. Juliana leads our community outreach and serves as our second adjuster. Dr. John, Dr. Juliana's husband, is our office manager and leads personal injury care. Together, we've built something we're proud of, a women-owned, multilingual practice rooted in this community and dedicated to helping families reach better health.

We also run the Reach Wellness Initiative, a nonprofit that provides chiropractic care to children in foster care, because every child deserves a healthy start.
