Step 1 - Book Your Appointment

You can book online at your convenience or give us a call and we'll find the perfect time for you. Once you're scheduled, you'll receive a link to complete your paperwork ahead of time so we come to your visit fully prepared and ready to focus on you.

Step 2 - Your Initial Visit

This visit is all about getting to know you. We'll sit down together and review your health history, your symptoms, and your goals - because we want to understand the full picture, not just the surface.

From there, we'll run a Nervous System Scan to get a clear look at exactly how your nervous system is functioning. This is the foundation of everything we do. We're looking for the root cause, not just the symptoms.

If indicated, we'll also take postural spinal X-rays to give us a complete view of your spine and what's going on beneath the surface.

Step 3 - Your Report of Findings

At your follow-up visit, we sit down with you and walk through everything we found - your nervous system scan results, your X-rays, and what it all means for your health.

No confusing jargon. No rushing through it. Just a real conversation about what we discovered and a personalized care plan built around your goals.

We'll also go over your care investment and answer any questions you have - because we want you walking out feeling clear, confident, and excited about what's ahead.

If you're ready to move forward, we'll get you adjusted that same day.

Step 4 - Regular Care Visits

Once you're under care, your visits are designed to fit your life. We know you're a busy mama, a business owner, a parent juggling a full schedule... and we respect that.
